New client onboarding
The client uploads documents, AI extracts the data, CRMs, contracts and templates fill themselves, without typing the same thing twice.
AI automation studio for SMBs and freelancers. We identify the manual processes consuming your team's time and turn them into automated workflows that run on their own.
First 20-minute call, no strings attached.
Industry doesn't matter. If it's repetitive, rule-based, or moves between systems, it's a candidate for AI automation. A few examples:
The client uploads documents, AI extracts the data, CRMs, contracts and templates fill themselves, without typing the same thing twice.
AI reads, classifies and answers the routine. Only escalates to humans what requires judgement or decision.
Automatic reading of supplier invoices, data extraction, reconciliation against orders, system entry.
The system enriches, qualifies and prioritises your leads automatically. Your sales team only talks to the ones worth their time.
Content pipeline: research, writing, SEO optimisation and publishing to whatever channels you use, in your brand voice.
Data pulled from multiple sources, consolidated into a report ready to send, every week, without anyone preparing it.
Stack · Works with your tools
We don't ask you to switch CRMs, document managers or communication channels. We build on top of your current stack and connect with virtually any system that has an API.
Tool not listed here? We probably integrate with that one too. Tell us which.
Every week, in your business, someone (you or your team) spends hours:
It's not off-the-shelf software. It's a custom orchestration that integrates with your current tools, respects your processes, and adapts to your business.
Data arriving via email, WhatsApp, forms, PDF documents or images. AI extracts it without anyone on your team typing it in.
Your CRM, ERP, Google Drive, Notion, spreadsheets, document manager. Everything syncs by itself. No copy-paste. No errors.
Emails, messages, generated documents, created records, sent notifications. Everything fires at the right moment, in your brand voice.
If something doesn't fit, it escalates to the right person. If everything's fine, you don't even notice until the process is done. Your team only decides what requires a decision.

We don't have fixed rates because no two automations are the same. Scope, integrations, volume and final polish vary from project to project. So we always quote after understanding your case.
One-time payment when we start. Includes process mapping, building the automation, integration with your systems, production testing and team training.
The budget depends on complexity: number of automated steps, required integrations, data volume and customisation level. We present it as a closed price after the first call.
Once in production, most automations run on their own without you touching anything. If your processes change, you want to expand the scope, or new AI models come out that improve the result, we can iterate together in monthly cycles with a flexible fee.
Completely optional. No lock-in, no commitment. Only kicks in if you ask for it. We leave it defined in the initial proposal in case you need it later.
The first call is free. If we don't see a clear case, we'll tell you.
If you made it this far, one of these has probably crossed your mind. If yours isn't here, write to us and we'll answer it.
Price depends on the scope of each project: number of processes to automate, integration complexity, data volume and level of customisation. We don't publish fixed rates because no two automations are alike. After our first 20-minute call, once we understand your case, we send you a written fixed quote, no surprises. The usual structure is a one-off setup payment. If later on you need iterations, because your processes change or you want to expand the scope, there's an optional flexible monthly retainer that only kicks in if you ask for it.
Three to five weeks from kick-off. Week 1: mapping the real process with whoever runs it in your team, not the ideal one. Weeks 2 to 4: build, starting with the 70% of the flow that delivers 90% of the value, with weekly reviews in short calls. Week 5: production rollout with real data and team training. After that, if you need it, there's an optional monthly retainer for adjustments and improvements. No sprint runs longer than 7 days without something concrete to show you.
Yes. We build automations either on your own infrastructure or on GDPR-compliant providers (EU servers, encryption in transit and at rest, no unnecessary retention of personal data). We sign NDAs and, when applicable, data-processing agreements.
Yes, that's the whole point. We integrate with WhatsApp Business, Gmail, Notion, HubSpot, Airtable, Make, Zapier, n8n, Stripe, Google Sheets, and any system with an API. If your tool has no API, we usually find another path (RPA, controlled scraping, webhooks).
We design flows with confidence levels. Low-risk routine work (classifying an email, filling a form) runs without supervision. Uncertain cases escalate to a human before action. Every decision is logged for audit. The AI never takes irreversible action without human approval.
No. Part of week 1 is exactly that, documenting with you how the real process works today, not the ideal one. If you've never written it down, we do it together.
Zapier connects apps with simple triggers (if X happens, do Y). A chatbot answers one question at a time. We build systems that understand context, read unstructured documents, make judgment calls, and integrate with your systems all the way to closing the full process. We use Zapier, Make or n8n as building blocks when it makes sense.
That's exactly what the optional ongoing phase is for. You activate it only if you need it. It covers adjustments when processes change, updates to newer AI models, and small improvements. No lock-in: if it stops being useful, you cancel, no questions asked.
20 minutes. No strings attached. We tell you what can be automated in your business and how we'd do it. If we don't see a clear case, we'll tell you.
