Initial system setup

One-time payment when we start. Includes process mapping, building the automation, integration with your systems, production testing and team training.

The budget depends on complexity: number of automated steps, required integrations, data volume and customisation level. We present it as a closed price after the first call.

PHASE 02 · ONGOING

Monthly retainer

Flexible monthly fee covering system maintenance, adjustments when your processes change, AI model updates and small improvements included.

No lock-in. If at any point it's not delivering value, you cancel — no questions. We define it alongside the setup proposal.
