This website does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. Nor does it use third-party cookies. The only information we store in your browser is strictly functional, described below, and does not require your prior consent.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that a website can save in your browser to recognise you when you return or remember preferences. Spanish (art. 22.2 LSSI-CE) and European (GDPR) regulations govern their use and, except for those strictly necessary for the operation of the site, require your express consent.
2. What we use at ousgur.com
On our website we do not use cookies. We only employ two types of local browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage), both exclusively functional:

- Remember the language you have chosen so we don't suggest changing it on future visits.

- Remember that you have closed the language suggestion banner so we don't show it again in the same session.

- Session (deleted when you close the browser)
This data:
- Is stored only on your device.
- Is not sent to Ousgur or any third party.
- Does not personally identify you.
- Is not used for analytics, advertising or tracking purposes.
- Is technically necessary for the language switching functionality to work correctly.
3. Why is there no cookie banner?
Article 22.2 of LSSI-CE states that prior consent is not necessary for storage strictly necessary for providing the service expressly requested by the user. As our local storage falls within this exception, we are not required to show a consent banner.
If in the future we incorporate analytics cookies or any other type of non-functional cookies, we will update this policy and display the corresponding consent banner.
4. How to delete this storage
You can delete localStorage and sessionStorage data at any time from your browser settings:
- Chrome / Edge: Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data → Cookies and other site data.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Clear Data.
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
5. Third-party services
The website loads web fonts hosted on our own server; we do not make requests to Google Fonts or other external CDNs for fonts. Nor do we use:
- Google Analytics, Plausible, Matomo or any other analytics tool.
- Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag or other advertising pixels.
- Embedded maps (Google Maps, etc.) or social media widgets.
- Chat systems or automated customer service.
6. Changes to this policy
If in the future we modify the use of cookies or local storage, we will update this policy and, if applicable, notify you through the corresponding banner.
